Booking a job with Frosty Fridge Seals could not be easier. First, contact us via our online contact form or by phone. Next, provide a brief description of your problem, and if possible, attach a photo to help our team assess the issue effectively. Once we have the details, you can schedule a convenient time for one of our friendly experts to visit your location. Our technician will evaluate the problem and provide a solution on the spot. If any seals are needed, they will be custom manufactured on-site using our workshop on wheels and expertly fitted by our professional team. After the job is complete, we will email you an invoice for payment. If you do not have an email address, we can print a paper copy of your invoice directly at your location. At Frosty Fridge Seals, we operate on a Pay On The Day Policy and offer several payment options for your convenience. (See below for payment options)
Payment Made Easy
After the completion of the job, customers have the flexibility to choose between paying on the day via EFTPOS or cash transactions. Our payment options aim to provide convenience and ease for our clients. Customers can opt for EFTPOS transactions for a quick and secure payment process. Please note that all EFTPOS transactions will incur a surcharge. Alternatively, cash transactions are also accepted for those who prefer this payment method. Please note that we do not accept payments made by cheque. Our aim is to make the payment process as seamless as possible, ensuring customer satisfaction with our services.
